We are looking for an experienced Business Development Officer to join our growing team at Spiralcode Innovates.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for software solutions
- Lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, and deal closures
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP & automation solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding
- Travel across Kerala and Bangalore for business development activities
Requirements
- Experience in software / IT solution sales
- BBA / MBA in Marketing preferred
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership attitude
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently
- Willingness to travel extensively
Good to Have
- Experience in ERP / SaaS / business automation sales
- Prior B2B client handling experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems like ERPNext
- Exposure to field sales and enterprise clients
