About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of
experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong
expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, with
the ability to independently manage and deliver full-stack projects.
The candidate should also be comfortable working with modern AI-assisted
development tools and be capable of integrating AI into the development workflow to
improve productivity and automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN stack technologies
• Build optimized and server-side rendered applications using Next.js (Next React)
• Develop scalable backend APIs using modern backend frameworks (Node.js,
Express.js, and NestJS)
• Design and implement responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and Next.js
• Manage and optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases
• Take ownership and responsibility for assigned modules and project deliverables
• Coordinate with team members, designers, QA teams, and project managers to
ensure smooth project execution
• Handle projects independently from development to deployment
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
• Debug, maintain, and improve existing systems
• Use AI development tools to enhance development productivityRequired Skills
• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack or MERN stack development
• Strong expertise in:
• React.js
• Next.js

• MongoDB

• Experience in REST API development
• Strong understanding of frontend optimization and SSR concepts
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take responsibility and handle projects independently
AI Development Skills
Candidate should be comfortable adapting to AI-assisted development tools, such
as:
• Cursor IDE
• Claude Code
• OpenAI Codex
• Antigravity
• AI-assisted debugging, code generation, and refactoring tools
Preferred Skills
• Experience with AWS or cloud deployment
• Knowledge of Docker or containerization
• Experience with PM2, Nginx, or server management
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
