We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience to manage and streamline day-to-day operations related to ERP and business automation projects. This role is ideal for candidates who can coordinate between teams, track operational activities, and ensure smooth execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination & Execution
- Manage daily operational activities and task tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
- Monitor ongoing activities and ensure timely completion
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
Task Tracking & Tools
- Track and manage tasks using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Maintain reports, dashboards, and operational records
- Ensure proper documentation and process tracking
- Escalate delays or issues proactively
Team & Client Coordination
- Act as a coordination point between teams and clients
- Follow up on pending tasks and updates
- Assist in communication and status reporting
- Ensure clarity in operational requirements
ERP & Process Support
- Support ERP and business automation operations
- Understand workflows and system processes
- Assist in issue tracking and resolution coordination
- Ensure operational efficiency and process alignment
